Parapsychologie

Parapsychology brings together a great number of phenomena to do with the 'spirit ( conscious and/or unconscious ).
The frontier between superstition, credulity and reality is difficult to draw. We - or at least people around us - have all had "bizarre" experiences, from simple intuition to premonitory dreams by way of a fleeting act of telepathy for example which can not be reproduced "on command".
We might try to explain these phenomena as mere products of imagination, of chance or still yet as the result of the association of common ideas. It is the vision of sceptics and whilst it is true that a certain number of these phenomena can be explained so, that is not the case with all of them.
There are others which cannot be placed in these categories, like synchronicity or numerous experiments done in the laboratory. The American "Stargate" project ( information by remote viewing ) is not a myth, and if it was abandoned ( officially at least ) it wasn't because it met with insuperable obstacles.
One should in effect define what parapsychologists can gain in terms of results and determine whether or not they can be exploited and how.
Thus, to deny such phenomena will not advance the cause of anything. If one wants to fight superstition and charlatanism, scientists must study these marginal phenomena.

Fortunately, there are a number of heretics, scientists, impassioned amateurs or "psy-types" who, for more than a century now, have begun the long and painstaking work which behoves every branch of science in its inception.
Effectively, one has to define, classify and file the various phenomena ; to define and improve research procedures ; collate a significant body of data for statistical study and lastly, for some, push ahead towards a theory which may enable one to explain if possible the "how and the why" of these phenomena.

Quantum Mechanics has overturned our idea of the world and even if one maintains that its physical laws do not apply to our macroscopic world, it is nonetheless true that we know now that the observed is not independent of the observer.
It may undoubtedly appear extravagant to extrapolate this link between microscopic matter/spirit and our macroscopic world, but if one doesn't dare to, if one doesn't look, one won't find...

Quantum Mechanics has enabled us to discover a world in which common sense no longer has purchase.
The most disturbing discovery is the fact that the observer is an integral part of every observation. The world can no longer be independent in relation to our consciousness.
From this, it would appear logical for Quantum Mechanics to concern itself with a better definition of what constitutes " CONSCIOUSNESS ", a nebulous topic which researchers in " hard sciences " prefer to leave to the explorers of " soft science ", neurologists, sociologists and other psycho... whatever.
Here then we should applaud the courage and audacity of those pioneers who have struggled to gain a foothold with which to advance into a new domain of research, that of Neuro-Quantology.

Amongst those, we will cite Mr. François MARTIN who has done us the honour of presenting his work with Mr. Belal E. Baaquie of Singapore :
